Trip and Holiday Rewards: This is one of the best rewards in network marketing for your mid-level distributors, as they are not as expensive as material rewards but still have high desirability. You can provide distributors with fully paid or partially paid trips.
Events and Training Access: You can organize conferences and training events for your distributors as rewards. However, when you go for an in-person event, it’s not advisable to include lower-ranking members. Therefore, you can present it as a reward to high-ranking/high-level members, providing them with the opportunity to connect with other distributors.
