Healtheeu had an online store, but it did not offer the flexibility or control needed to support growth. Product management and order flow lacked structure, and the system miscalculated commissions, sometimes even crediting duplicates. These issues created payout gaps and affected distributor trust.

The team designed a stronger store framework supported by a powerful e-commerce MLM software at the backend. The system supported clear modules for products, orders, payments, and tracking. They also planned a secure migration of key user data from the previous system to maintain continuity and accuracy.
The software was implemented with a unilevel MLM structure that supported nine ranks. Each rank included clearly documented upgrade criteria based strictly on team sales performance.

The architecture included integration planning with The Courier Guy to streamline dispatch, tracking, and delivery coordination within the platform ecosystem.
The system logic was designed so that the commissions would trigger only after successful purchase confirmation. The payout structure was mapped to process earnings directly through the base software.
The team followed a structured execution plan to convert Healtheeu’s defined framework into a stable and fully functional platform.

While migrating user accounts from the old system, the team discovered duplicate email IDs. To tackle this, they assigned temporary login credentials that allowed users to log in securely and update their credentials.
