The team planned to set up a scalable e-commerce storefront integrated with the binary and matrix MLM structure for commissions. Among other features, the frontend had to be designed to change the product display based on the country.

Global Selling & Payout Support

For international currency conversions and payouts, the team decided to integrate the software with Stripe and Vlink. This would enable the distributors to receive payouts in their regional currencies. The team also integrated the Google conversion rate to display product prices in local currency.

Global MLM’s e-commerce platform with E-wallet integration offers distributors visibility into earnings, commissions, and balance. That eliminated the need for 3rd party e-wallets.

Commission Framework

The commission structure and payout workflows were defined during planning, with automation built into the design to support Lyftyng’s direct selling and MLM model. This framework also covered subscription-based commissions, coupon bonuses, and behavior points to ensure accurate rewards across purchases, renewals, and distributor activities.

Once the solution approach was finalized, the project moved into execution through a structured and well-defined delivery process, which included:

Regular discussions with the clients were conducted over Google Meet to clarify requirements, address questions, and align expectations before development began. All requirements were documented and tracked using Trello, where tasks were created and organized based on priority and dependency.
