Our Clients at Lyftyng approached the team with a clear goal: to launch a US-only e-commerce brand without unsettling an already active regional platform. For this, Global MLM Solution designed a structured expansion model that balanced brand separation with centralized oversight and commission stability.
The US market required a distinct business setup to support pharma-grade products and region-specific operations. The current Lyftyng business was operating in the south-east asian markets only.
Managing a separate system would have resulted in multiple dashboards, fragmented workflows, and higher administrative overheads.
The new regional setup needed to preserve a single affiliate identity and maintain Lyftyngβs existing binary and matrix MLM commission structure without creating inconsistencies across platforms.
Two independent e-commerce MLM storefronts were created to support region-specific products, business rules, and market operations.
The Global MLM team came up with a solution in which both regions operate on one centralized backend. This reduced the need for operating two separate backends, which would have resulted in higher administrative overheads.

Instead of creating a separate system, the team extended the existing core through a structured multi-website model. This preserved shared affiliate identity, centralized wallet services, and unified commission governance across regions.
Clear region-based access rules were introduced to control product visibility, brand access, and storefront interaction. Each market operated independently while remaining connected to the same backend framework.
All new features were tested in parallel environments to validate compatibility with existing Lyftyng workflows, preventing regression or downtime.
