Bringing Order to Tutor ABC’s MLM Operations
Learn how a structured MLM platform helped streamline Tutor ABC’s business operations.
A Global Language Learning Platform
TutorABC delivers tailored language education solutions for individuals and organizations. Its English and Chinese language learning programs are designed to help learners, educators, and HR teams build practical communication skills that support real-world academic and workplace needs.
Project Scope: Tutor ABC needed structure for its growing distributor and partner-led education model. The company operated without a structured commission framework, a unified student onboarding flow, or a clearly defined genealogy. It required system-level automation to enforce role hierarchies, commission logic, and referral workflows.
To resolve this, Global MLM Solution delivered a centralized unilevel MLM software that embedded automated commissions, structured role governance, student-referral tracking, integrated third-party CRM, automated communication, and payments directly into the system architecture.

The Challenge vs The Solution
From Manual Coordination To System-Driven Control
During the discovery phase, Tutor ABC shared the pressure points in their growing partner network. Global MLM Solution evaluated each gap and translated it into practical, system-level controls to bring structure, accountability, and financial clarity into everyday operations.
Before: Limited System-Level Governance
Unclear Genealogy and Commission Structure.
There was no defined structure to manage sponsor-downline relationships. Referral tracking, commission calculations, and role positioning lacked clarity.
Fragmented Enrollment Workflow
Student referrals, free trials, and paid conversions were not governed through a single system, leading to coordination gaps.
No Centralized Operational View
Distributor data, commissions, enrollments, and communications were not managed in one controlled environment. The admin lacked real-time visibility and reporting clarity.
After: Structured Operations and Automated Processes
Defined the 21-Role Unilevel Framework.
The team configured a 21-role unilevel MLM software setup with default commissions for top-level roles and controlled commission allocation for downline partners. The system also supported three levels of payouts per enrollment.
Streamlined Referral-to-Enrollment Flow
The new system enabled student enrollment automation through unique student and member referral links. It also supported a structured trial-to-paid conversion process within the system.
Centralized Operational Platform
Distributor governance, commission logic, and referral tracking were now handled within the MLM platform. Further, Zoho CRM was integrated to support automated lead synchronization and follow-up workflows.
Strategy & Execution
Delivering the Solution in a Phased Manner
Once the solution was finalized, the focus moved to execution in a structured and practical manner. Different stages included:
Translating Requirements into a System Plan
The process began with a detailed breakdown of TutorABC’s 21-role hierarchy, commission structure, and student enrollment lifecycle. Each requirement was translated into defined system logic and structured database architecture before development commenced.
Defining Date & System Structure
Based on the requirements, database structures and system relationships were planned to support roles, genealogy, commissions, and student workflows reliably.
Structuring Roles, Commissions & User Journeys
Once the system plan was finalized, role hierarchies, commission caps, and allocation rules were configured within the unilevel model. In parallel, user journeys were mapped for different partner roles.
Development & Configuration
Development progressed in focused phases, starting with role governance, referral attribution, and commission logic. Once the core structure was stabilized, student onboarding and trial-to-paid workflows were implemented. This was followed by setting up role-based dashboards.
Testing, Validation & Deployment
All commission scenarios, referral flows, and student journeys were tested across different roles to ensure accuracy and consistency. Performance and data flow were reviewed. Feedback from these tests was addressed, and the platform was deployed in a controlled rollout.
Training and Support
After deployment, the team supported TutorABC’s admin and the staff with walkthroughs and documentation. This helped them understand system workflows, dashboards, and commission logic. Ongoing support was provided to address questions and ensure the platform was adopted smoothly.
