The firm wanted to implement a revenue share structure with automated commission splits and capping.
Some commissions were paid in person and never made it to the system. This created gaps between actual payouts and reported data.
Agents sometimes had to be added manually, but there was no clear way to include them in commission eligibility and reporting accuracy.
The firm worked with agents who were not registered in the system. Since these agents did not have accounts, their commission shares were difficult to record and track within reports.

Admins can now add agents directly through the Add Agent button, with all required details captured upfront. These agents became part of the network just like any other agent.
The platform introduced a Non-Wealthline Agent feature to record commissions from unregistered agents. While these agents do not have system accounts or dashboards, their commission shares are still tracked for reporting.
Standard workflows were put in place across the platform. This helped the business operate smoothly while supporting future expansion.
Apart from the functionalities, the team integrated Brevo to automate email communication. This enabled timely notifications and consistent communication with agents.
