The client required the platform to be integrated with a high performance Unilevel MLM plan that could seamlessly support its customized commission rules without compromising scalability or clarity.
The client wanted precise control over commission percentages at each agent level to ensure they are paid based on their skill and experience.
The agent onboarding process needed to include agreement signing and mandatory documentation submission while remaining smooth and efficient for new agents.

The Global MLM Solution team implemented a flexible unilevel commission engine capable of handling personal commissions, spread differences, and qualified generation overrides within a single, rule-based calculation framework.
The Global MLM Solution team implemented configurable controls that allowed admins to define and adjust commission percentages for individual agents directly within the system.
The proposed system combined registration, agreement signing, and document submission into a guided onboarding flow with built-in compliance checks.
The team proposed a CSV upload feature that generated multiple commission transactions at once. However, these transactions would be processed only after admin approval.

During the initial discovery meeting, the client outlined a set of business-specific features that needed to be built into the platform, including:
The system had to support two agent types. Agents earning above 65% commissions were referred to as qualified managers, whereas agents below 65% were referred to as non-qualified managers.
A default commission rate of 30% was to be applied across the network. However, admins wanted the option to modify commission percentages for each new agent. Also, the rank titles of the agents needed to be based on their commission percentages.
The platform had to support three commission types: personal commissions, spread difference commissions, and qualified generation overrides. These were expected to work flawlessly together within a single, rules-driven calculation engine.
Admins could change the sponsor IDs of agents when required. Also, the client wanted a dedicated Scoreboards tab that contained agent-related performance metrics like direct recruitment rankings, team recruitment rankings, and more.
Admins wanted the option to control whether an agent was eligible for multilevel commissions. When enabled, commission should flow to eligible uplines across 12 defined levels.
The platform needed a document management feature where admins could upload company resources for agents to access, while agents could upload required documents for admin review.

The team built dedicated landing pages along with secure sign-up and login functionality to support smooth user onboarding.
A guided registration process was implemented, where an agreement document was integrated with a signature validation process and email verification to ensure compliance at entry.
