Project Scope: GP Agency needed to quickly replace its discontinued platform while keeping operations running smoothly. The client also wanted secure data migration, familiar dashboards, clearer role-based access, stronger compliance controls, and better lead and support management.
To address this, Global MLM Solution delivered a centralized platform within the required timeline. The team migrated all data safely and rebuilt the admin and producer dashboards. They implemented structured access controls and integrated HubSpot to streamline lead and ticket workflows.

The admin team and producers were accustomed to existing dashboard layouts. The client requested a similar structure in the new platform to ensure a smooth transition without re-training.

The team defined a controlled migration process to transfer all user records and documents accurately. They validated the data before go-live to ensure continuity and prevent disruption.

The team mapped structured access levels based on hierarchy. They also created role-based referral links to ensure agents could only refer within permitted levels.

The client wanted a simpler agent onboarding process with support for detailed forms and multiple document uploads per producer. Admins should also be provided with an option to upload documents manually when they are submitted in person.
Generally, producer dashboards were activated after email verification. However, the team also had to provide an option where the admin manually activated the account when needed.
Admins could grant or restrict access to licenses and required documents for specific producers using simple toggle controls. There was also a separate resource section where documents related to insurance and pipelines were placed, with toggle-based access.
Leads generated through the dashboard were integrated with an option to schedule a meeting with the marketing director. Also, all leads were synced to HubSpot for resolutions.
A dedicated dashboard tab allowed admins to monitor Master General Agent activity. Referral links were role-based and customizable, with each rank permitted to refer only agents in lower levels.
The Global MLM Team also planned to integrate a custom tool for enterprises seeking insurance for their employees. The tool offered an estimated insurance amount based on the company size, number of employees, and average salary per employee for the selected insurance product.
After finalizing the steps, the Global MLM Solution team moved quickly into execution. The focus stayed on accuracy, stability, and meeting the tight delivery timeline.
The admin and member dashboards had to match the existing layouts. The team also activated every menu and feature within the dashboard.
