The client wanted a controlled system to manage referral-based team growth. As the business was being established, Lendhubs needed a structured model to guide how teams would expand.
The client wanted multiple entry points for agents to join the platform. Different registration plans were needed to support varied participation levels.
Cycle completion required an automated process so members could move to the next stage after their board was filled, without manual intervention.
A reliable process was required to handle registration payments from new members joining the platform.

A board matrix MLM software was implemented, featuring a 2×2 matrix plan with custom cycle logic and controlled network growth.
The team introduced three registration plans, LH1, LH2, and LH3. Each plan allows agents to enter the system at different participation levels.
Custom system logic now detects board completion, triggers the cycle closure, and processes the upgrade automatically. The system also deducts the required upgrade fee during the transition.
The platform was equipped with Stripe for payment processing and Brevo for automated email communication. This solution delivered a reliable and fully integrated user experience.
Custom dashboards were developed with key performance indicators, which enabled members to track cycle completions, balances, and direct team activity in real time.
After receiving the list of rules and requirements from the client, the Global MLM Solution team focused on translating these into a stable platform that could enforce the rules automatically while keeping the system transparent and easy to manage.
The first step was to structure the platform around a 2×2 board matrix model. This allowed the system to manage team placement, board completion, and member progression within a controlled and clearly defined structure.
The team configured the commission engine according to the client’s business rules. Once the required board conditions are met, the system calculates the commission, deducts the upgrade fee, and adds the remaining commissions to the root member’s e-wallet.
To ensure smooth operations, the platform was built with automatic cycle upgrades. When a board is completed, the system deducts the upgrade fee and moves the member to the next cycle automatically, removing the need for manual processing.
The team integrated Stripe to handle secure registration payments and transaction tracking. Brevo was added to automate email notifications and keep members informed about platform activity.
After the core functionality was implemented, the platform was shared with the Lendhubs team for review. Their feedback helped refine several operational aspects, like dashboard reporting and admin controls. The platform was deployed and prepared for onboarding after final testing of the matrix logic, payment integrations, and upgrade automation.
The platform is now live and offers Lendhubs a stable system to run its referral-driven lending model.
